Spinning advice

so heres my problem. when i throw my spins, my upper body spins way faster then my lower body causing my spins to be shitty. anyone know anyways to fix this problem. thanks

hit a bigger jump or hit the jump you have with mroe speed so you dont have too wind up as hard and just make it flow!

Spinning slower or doing an easy grab might help you stay together.

bend your knees; when you go off the kicker, try to jump and turn your whole body instead of just throwing your arms; dont wind up and throw your arms so hard

bring ur knees up or throw a grab in itll keep your body tucked up and everything will spin toghether

when i first learned spins, i learned them with my arms out and floaty mogul air ish. it makes it so much easier, then you just get more stylie as you get more comfertable

carve a little off the jump, dont pop too hard, bring up the legs and look over your shoulder
