HELP Adope ps (cs)

i used to be able to use the keyboard, i.e ctrl n.....to do commands, however now it wont work. my keyboard might be in the wrong language or adobe ps doesnt respond to keyboard controls anymore. please help and tell me how to fix this...

i don't know if ou have a mac or a pc, but on my mac you go to:
Edit->Keyboard shortcuts,
or you can press: alt,shift,apple and K

Go to "Window" > "Workspace" > "Keyboard shortcuts and menues"
