Streches for skiing

so pretty much i want to get alot more flexable this year so as to reduce skiing injuries.

anyone have suggestions?

yoga, its bomb, look up sunshine salutaion, thats like the generic yoga strectch, thanks to it i can easily touch my toes

go to a gym and take your sweet ass time doing all sorts of leg stretches. the important thing isn't to do the right stretch, but to hold stretches as you do them. gotta hold it for like a minute for it to actually loosen you up and help.

why the hell would you go to the gym to stretch your legs on the floor, all you need is an open space that you can fit your body in
