CANT SLEEP!?!?!??!

i cant fall asleep and i have to go to work in 5 hours and for no reason at all i cant sleep tonight...what do yall do when u cant sleep? also ive already tried taking sleeping pills tonight... they didnt work damnit!

try thinking of a day of skiing from the very begginning to the end, somewhere in the part of getting ready to get to the mountain it gets boring and you fall asleep, it always works for me. or read a book, it will make you tired, or take a shower

i couldnt sleep for awhile. found i was thinking to much. my mind was to active. it was usually about skiing.....

and then i found out my bed sucked. so i moved into my sisters bed, cus shes in college, and its alot more comfy. so try those, try not to think about skiing that much.

or if you stay awake. i've taken ambien when i was drunk, and that fucked me up almost worse than acid. crazy shit. the picture on the t.v. slid off onto the floor, and i was watching it like that for a while. pretty god damn wierd if you ask me.

haha yeah ambien makes you really shitty if you take like 2 10 mg. and then fight off teh effects and stay up, drinking can make you feel like shit though, but if you drink a lot and you dont tend to get the spins or anything you could probably drink a good amount, my buddy took like 2 ambien, some vics, and then he smoked with us and he thought the walls were talking to him at friendlys, ambien definietly does crazy shit

ambien is a sleep aid that will knock you out for 8hrs...

i would try some exersize... get yourself physically tired. by either running around, push ups, sit up, or beating off for a good amount of time.

yeah so last night i couldnt sleep and so i took that abein and then it 2wasnt working so i went down to the liquer cabinet and chuged about halfd a bottle of skky vodka, then i just fuckin started trippin and seein shit, like the keyboard was movin when i wqas tryin to type and the screen was movin back and forth an shit.... it was fuckin awesome might try ti agian sometime, at least i found a way to fall asleep, hahaha you all should try this.......

that is one of the worst things you can do man... sleeping pills and alcohol. take a pain med or a tranquilizer and drink but fuck no sleep pills

ya something with sleeping pills that dont react werll with alcohol. ive heard of people doing that and then not waking up from their sleep after words. dont know how much they took or drank but that shit can happen
