oh yeah, switch landings are fun with the TM, I have the 04' model and switch skiing is fun as hell with them, this years graphics are the epitomie of gay
tms are amzing in the park, its justy that they have weak edges, their flex, and pop are really nice. Shouldnt gotten MICK D'S almost exactly like the TM's except shit load poppier and a shit load stronger
I have never skied them, but I hear they are an amazing park ski... but I have seen the result of them being skied in the park... cracked/ripped out/warped edges and delamination like WOAH! ... I would say If you spend 99% of your time in the park get something that is gonna hold up... like LINE, 9thward, or Armada.
man i dunno....tm's were pretty much designed for the opposite of park. i'd play it safe and NOT take those things into the park unless you want to spontaneously combust in midair. go get some 210 straights or something that'll kill it in the park!
^I beg to differ the trouble maker is not made at all for park, it's a giant slalom ski with a cool graphic... duh I mean come on you silly goose everyone knows that!
y do ppl ask bout skis afta they just bought them its not like ur gonna take em bak cos sum1 on newschoolers said they r shit, and for fuk sake can u get a more stupid question..... r tm's good in the park???? mate u shouldnt even b riding skis if u dont no about them they r a fuking park ski u retard
Tm's are awesome skis, I used them for a full year. They ski great outside the park and even better inside the park. They have awesome responsiveness and great pop. However, I will never ride them again because of how terribly they held up on rails. Within 2-3 weeks i was missing inches of edge.
They are one of the best all mountain twins I have ever skied. Also one of the best pipe skis ever. Yeah, if you are not all that smooth on rails you will mess up the edges. I do not hit rails a ton and I have never broken a pair and I weigh 200 lbs.
Any ski will have edge issues if you are all about rails. I have seen posts on ever ski manufacturer about how someone fucked up the edges in a week.
yeah i mean if you thrash on rails any skis will get fucked. you just gotta be smooth and show them some love, they are dope skis and anyone who says stuff like "theyre shitty skis" or "they will blow into a million pieces if you get within a 100 years of a rail" are retarded because they prolly just heard the story from their friend who has tm's and doesnt know how to correctly slide a rail.
i don't see how a ski not being park specific is a bad thing... aern't skis well, made for skiing on? TMs outperform everyother twin I have tried on the snow. On metal, TMs will last if you don't treat them like shit. On jumps and in pipe, TMs are also one of the best. if you're going ot be doing rails all day, get the fujatives.
