I just got back into skiing and this weekend I learned 360's. Now the snow around here is kinda scarse so the table wasnt that big. I got really comfortable doing 3's so I decided to step it up. Threw the 5 with a saftey grab and landed sideways, 3 F-ing times. My shoulder is killing me. How could I spin it faster? More air might help but I was landing toward the bottom of the landing so going any bigger might hurt even more.
