what you should do is NOT buy boots online thats a bad idea unless you went to a shop and have tried them all on and know exactly what fits you. which i assume you didn't cuz your asking about converting US shoe sizes to mondo point

yeah you shouldnt buy boots witout trying them on first. ive got the green teneighty boots from two years ago i think. they fit my wide feet really well, i have about a 10/10.5 and got size 28.. theyre a little big
i dont recommended buying boots online man... for a few reasons... in many cases you will have to adjust things on the boot to have it fit properly.. for example the canting of the boot... and unless you know what your doing its not a good idea to tinker with it yourself.. also.. who is gunna heat mold the 1080's for you? its important to have it done correctly or else you can reck your liners(many people try using a hairdryer and end up fucking up there liners) thirdly.. you should probably buy custom footbeds for your 1080's because it drastically improves comfort and performance.. so yah.. i dont reccomended buying online.. if you have to at least go to a shop and find out what boot size you are in mondo point.
ya, nomen is right again, buying online (boots ne way) is pretty sketch. but if thats wut u gotta do, go to the local shop and try on a size 26 (26.5 isnt ne longer). u want ur boot to be as tight as possible and a 26 should be the perfect fit. but def go to a shop and try on different sizes to see which one feels the best. thats the answer to that q, but i just want to remind u that there r other boots out there and not to save $$$ on this portion of ur outfit. boots r just as important as the skis they control.
no pain, no jane

do you have super narrow low-volume feet or why the hell would you do that?
and for the record, heat-modling 1080 boots is a waste of time. all it does is break them in a bit faster. be a man, and break them in the old fashioned way. 3 days on the hill and there will be no difference.
not true.. if it is molded(or worked in) incorrectly in an uneven way(example your heal if not aligned properly in the heal pocket) then it can cause your foot to sit poorly in the future as the lining thins out.. it is very important to have your foot aligned correctly in the boot to begin with.. and you can do this by having an expert heat mold it for you.. he will make sure your foot is alligned correctly.
or you can just buy boots that fit correctly and make sure your heal is where it belongs. for what its worth, i am one of those "experts" at the shop that would heat mold your boots for you. a vast majority of the public probably is pretty clueless and needs the help, but if you use common sense the heat molding is not necessary at all.
yah but you see this thread is about buying boots online.. and most people(especailly if hes asking about what size he is) dont have the correct knowledge to boot fit themselves(especially without trying them on) thats the main reason why i think he shood go to a shop.
im sure taylor while explain the reasoning behind this once he sees this thread, i got them from him but its straight up sex for me.. 1080s with flames in the liners plus a better liner equals sex for the feet.
