Rail/box buildage

alright heres the deal, ive got 2 professionally welded rails but ive never built a pvc rail or a box before and me and some friends just wanna build a bunch of shit just to have a bunch to fuck around with. any help would be great and really before you say use the search bar its broken and again any help would be awesome

you drill 2 pvc tubes on a 2x4 with something (like a wood stick) in each tube to make it stronger. then put that on a frame
