stretching them out really good helps alot, and laitly ive been doing wieght trianing which really helps.

if your actual knees are hurting, lifting weights is a bad idea, go to www.kneeguru.com or another knee site and try to determine what the problem is, mild to easy stretchting is ok only as long as you know how to properly stretch
