thats the thread that started it all. anyway, i started reading it and if you go into like the 3rd page there is an article that he and 2 others got arrested. apparently he was a marijuana seed dealer. anyway, the main article is on there and all that jazz....

^he was a revolutionary for his success and his determination. his shops in BC were constantly getting raided but he didnt care. he kept on pushing for the legalization of marijuana and was even on the cover of wall street journal for his success. after a while he had to shut his shops cause of his over the counter dealing of marijuana seeds and had to turn to the internet to sell his seeds until that was finally shut down just recently. check out his site at emeryseeds.com for full info

I dont smoke it but theres no reason for it to be illegal, it would probably bring huge tourism dollars, and people dont become dagerouse when they use it. Its helpful for glacoma (spelling?) Its a wholelot safer than cigarettes so ya he shou;d be freed
