People usually setup rails at alta first snowstorm. Just drive up the access road you'll see plenty of cars parked.

no, no, the rail gardens are in mammoth...if you saw it in FREEZE ther was a shot of somebody from the rail gardens, and it said mammoth.... that is where it is.
