www.photobucket.com is the best. when you upload pics, underneath it has 3 things for each pic you can copy: the actual URL, the tag (which is used for posting in the picture/video reply forum thingys and stuff), and the [img] thing which is used for posting in the normal forums. all you have to do is copy/paste which one u want to use.
