Can you trust an internet ski deal?

i was talkin to this guy on ns and he said he could get me the new public enemys for $350. the only thing is im kinda skeptical of internet shit sometimes and i wanna know how i can know ths guys not gonna fuck me over. Any suggestions?

yes, if you feel comfortable with the person. just dont do international sales, they fuck you on taxes, ie canada
