Its just like every other sport once they do backflips its like aaaaaaaaaaaaaah finnaly and takes forever to get creative from there, I know when i did a backflip on skis the first time i thought i was the fucking ish. and did em forever theyll figure it out , but the definatly need to lose the MX pants and shit

yeah i think it will keep progressing just cause of pastraina, he is getting really creative, but yeha backfilp after backflid does get boring. but everyone must also remeber these r 250 lb bike and one mistake could mean extremly serious injury or maybe death

best trick was pretty good. the home clips of pastrana doing the bike varial was fucking crazy, same with the double back...i guarantee he already has the double back 50% of the time in his foam pit.

The redbull bike he used for best trick was fucked up though. It looked like a mutant trials bike. Single crown fork on it. Tried a bar spin backflip but his bike fell apart haha.

Well you could argue terrain parks vs backcountry by the same logic. Which is true, I know people who can throw cork 9's in the park but can't land a 3 on a bc hit

dirt is a lot diff. than rocks, trees, sand and water (river crossings). dirt is boring and easy, thats why i dont race mx, harescrambles is where its at.

yeah i can tell lol, the stuff isnt soaked up by the suspension cas its stiffer than that, and your going so fast the suspension doesnt have time to setup for each bump, i mean you can change it for each type of terrain, but then you take a risk if the terrain changes, its best to have a good medium for the type of terrain. and the rocks knock you off ballence, like suspension cant soak up a slanted rock, if you hit it hard enough your wheel is going to move somewhere, and then you might have to dab your foot to regain balance, its stuff like that, that makes people start to realize why its a demanding sport, if you had to lug around a 200 pound machine, thats pulling you everywhere through rocks, around trees, as fast as you can go for 3 hours, you would deff. get what people are saying when they say its not as easy as it seems.

Yea, I know. All this MotoX shit is gay. Only a few people actually had a good looking ride, like Pastrana, he seems to give it energy, and is like the only one who did a good wall ride. And to me, the 360s just look like a backflip.

the reason travis is ripping around the coarse is cas hes like the only person that knows how to ride fast, everyone else can go off jumps and turn and backflip, but if you put them anywhere else they would suck terribly. you can see when the other people hit the berms they just kinda putt, look down at the trick sheet, and get up some speed, travis comes in and attacks that shit like hes racing, which also gives him more jumps than the other people.
