Can't go to bed

its so anoying, i got into this habbit of going to be at like 2 or 3 in the morning and I can't get out of it. Then i waste my whole day sleeping till like 12:30 and then feel drowsy the rest of the day. this sucks.

you broke the rules, now im gonna pull out all your pubic hairs.

i have that exact problem, but i really dont mind sleeping in till 11......and im starting to lose the habbit, i aint going to bed as late now a days.

go biking/skating/running/wtf ever gets you tired at like 10 o'clock and then you'll be really tired and ready for the sack at 11....and don't let any females near your sack, they hamper with sleeping

same with me right now iam eating chips and dip surfing newschoolers and playing my psp at the same time i probaly wont go to bad until 2 which aint that bad tommarow i will wake up at noon watch some soap operas watch some fox news look at some porn eat macaroni and cheese with hot sauce wacth ski movies daydream about skiing get back online for a couple hours and go to bed SUMMER SUCKS

what you have to do is stay up the entire night, and all the next day, you'll be hella drained but at least you'll be able to go to sleep at a decent hour the next night, then you can work from tehre
