I used to have a voodoo board the rocker boards that u balance on. but i dont know where it went so whatever. i found an old inflatable ball like a yoga ball that we got for my pool. i just pumped it up and was standing on it and thought to myself oh what a dope thing to help me with balance.
When i was at rehab for my knee i used the same idea but there was a half inflatable ball then a little platform. Im just using the ball. Ive been on it for like five mins at the most without falling and my ankles are killing me (which means they can get stronger) and my balance will definatley improve.
Anyone else do any training like this?
