i was at a comp in missoula MT n i would have done really good but the judges fucked me n gave me a 21 for a misty 7 n so i took 22nd place n e 1 else got a story like me

I have never entered a ski comp but I plan to do so next year!

I live in a place far far away, where on occasion the telly tubbies will come to play....and that's when Ma gets out the shotgun. Damn critters climb in our gutter system all the time.

5 years ago I did a comp at sunapee. the winner did a nice cork 7, but 2nd and 3rd did BAD spread eagles, while a bunch of us who didn't place did 7's and shit like that.

however, the prizes were toothbrushes and such, so it don't matter.

the thing is i shoulda made it 2 junior olympics again n it just pissed me off but ya shit does happen im def goin 2 norther division Juniors in 06 did a comp that counted toward the next season n i won it with an 87.6 so im pretty much gaurenteed in

thats why you dont compete. you could have the most perfect run, but even if one of the judges say, had his/her significant other leave him/her the night before, that judge is already going to be pissed off and not judging perfectly. comps are a horrible place. everyone should be cheering each other on and feeding off each others energy, but it usually just turns into a "im better than you are, and i actually held my left arm three inches closer to my body than you on the second spin of my switch cork 9, so i should win". no thanks. give me a sled, a camera, and some pow and thats all i need.

One comp i wasnt judged in, and should have made in in finals. If you do comps chances are you will get fucked over.

How about 1st pace winner gets to go keystone to compete. The winner can't go (school problems) does the announced second place kid get the opporttunity to go? noooooo -- try the kid that was sent ended scoring LAST, was absolute bottom of the pack. Way to represent your mountain - you know who you are..

No it was killington comp with stupid MT snow judges. One guy siad he scored me, other siad it was a sick trick but wasnt scored. Then i asked if i could see the results and they siad they didnt have them, this mind you was right after they read the top 5 off.
