ok so i just got a cuban. its a punch. I don't know anything about smoking anything though. I know you do not inhale cigars, and it is my understanding that the tobacco goes in to your bloodstream through your skin with a cigar. But if that is the case, why do you need to light it? im probably just an idiot...

What is the best way to go about smoking it, and anything else i should know? Are you supposed to unrap the round end or leave it like it is? I really know nothing about this.

I got it at a sho in the caribean that only sells cubans. it says punch habana manuel lopez havana cuba punch habana, cuba. thats what it says on the metal tube it is in. the cigar itself says punch habana with re in the middle. you sure they are not cuban? this guy i work for told me that they are.

and what is punch anyway, is it a flavor?

dont fuckin bite of the end..if u dont have a cigar cutter..get a knife cause all the tobacoo gets in ur mouth and shit..and just inhale once ever 10 hits or so..if u really need it..there are probably more tips online or somethin

cut the round end with a cigar cutter or a kife. dont peel anything off. keep it fairly humid (not dry) and fire the bitch up

the best way to explain how to puff is this:

breathe into your diaphram, completely fill your lungs- it's like breathing from your stomach

not breathe through your mouth, it's a lot less air capacity right? shallow breaths? yes, that's what you do when you puff.

just suck on the cigar adn do not bite the end off unless you are desprate, and that could ruin a nice cigar. Honestly if i was you go and buy a cheap cigar (phillie ect) and learn on that. Also it will let you appreaciate a cuban to its fullest

i smoked a romeo julieta on my way to the last day of school bonfire party last night.

now thats a nice ass cuban

heres a few tips, you want a hole the size of the end of a pen for puffin, to light it you need no wind and hold the lighter up to the end while puffin alot.

also a good way to learn to puff is to put your lips around the cigar before it is lit (and dont get it all slobbery!) and pull your jaw down without inhaling. if you taste tobbacco your doin it right. if you dont smoke then dont try inhaling any of it, youll just get sick and you wont like it, plus you can enjoy cigars and get a mini-buzz off them just by havin the smoke in your mouth

haha u cant inhale through your nose..just keep the smoke mainly in your mouth without holding for very long and then blow it out...or to blow the smoke out of ur nose just let your diaphram relax and close your mouth so the only way for the smoke to go is through your nose

you do not use your whole lung capacity when you are breathing regularly, it's the difference between sitting here breathing normally, or doing deep breathing shit.

You know you can stop smoking the damn thing to breathe right? Its not like you have your lips locked around it untill its done. Puff it a couple of times, then take it out of your mouth, blow out the smoke, take a breath. And Violin! Your smoking a cigar.

I just got it because I knew I would not have a chance for a while. what is so great about them anyway? just really strong or what?

I dont want to make smoking a regular habit, but if you guys really think it is worth it to practice before I use my cuban I suppose I might.
