All diet pills are unsubstatiated garbage. People who are really into lifting will either make their own ECA, ECY, etc. stacks and be on the right diet. It doesn't boost your metabolism and there's never really been any proof in an isolated environment.
Just go to the gym and watch your diet if you want to lose weight. 80% of losing weight is your diet. As cocky as this sounds, anyone who says otherwise is either physically pretty weak or isn't in single digits for their body fat.
