It helps horizental and grind stability. I suggest you buy agressive blades. Thats what I have and it helped my skiing.

yea it helps with pumping...if you can boost on skates you can go so big on skis...plus you gotta land perfect

its the maker of frames for skates....the model called the bullet frame....it has a super wide H block so you can lock onto bigger stuff for reg grinds like on skis

yeah pipe on skates is a lot different....u get a really good work out when ur learnin to skate pipe cuz u gotta pump so much

rollerblading is fun for like 15 minutes. and all there really is to do is rails. sure it helps balance, but so does skateboarding with loose trucks. and you can skateboard anywhere. i say skateboard instead

I agree that it's fun...but only for so long. I've been riding bikes since i was like 5, so that's 13 years. Ive been skiing about 3 years, and i'm a better skier than BMXer...go figure.

Other than waterskiing rollerblading probably the closest thing to skiing in the summer, rollerblading's fun but it's an investment, so try to make sure you enjoy it before you buy some nice skates.

roller blading is for little kids. its basically freestyle walking. skating is way sicker and will help your balance a ton. watch tony trujillo and you'll wonder why you had to buy some lame ass blades,

yeah, skateboarding helped my rail balance shitloads, just riding around helps your balance standing sideways, and you get such a feel for where your feet are at all times because all the motions are so precise.
