he is sick and deff mellow and he says in most of his tracks he doesnt want to talk about killing ,"just because i dont speak about death in my song"-Universal Love. Emo they talk about killing themselves or being depressed ...big difference

I dunno, Anticipation is pretty emo if you ask me. Emo isn't about killing yourself dude.
Obvioulsy its not emo like normal emo bands, but for rap, I'd say DL resembles it more than anything.
Either way, he's sick.

Those are probably my favorite. I have his new album and it is good to sit and listen to. Not as "hard hitting" as sample and a drum machine, but it is definitely his style.
