thats how much money i'm set to recieve as the initial portion of my inheritance from my grandfather...however, its actually a check of 7,000 british pounds (he was english) if calculated at current exchange rates. so my question is this, should i consider waiting on cashing my check in the hopes that exchange rates might prove more favorable for the british pound? does anyone know whether this is likely to happen?

yea put it in your bank and you will probably gain more interest than you would on the exchange rate if it goes up

actually now i'm really fucked. i just found out thats all i'm getting. film school just got a lot more expensive. i'm going to have to do some ingenious investing, sell my car and somehow find a way to keep my gpa up while working a job. fuck.
