people are always like "hey man video games aren't supposed to be real, so stop bitching about SSX4"
That's stupid because different types of videogames entertain different people. I personally like them on the more realistic side, like amped. Besides, Amped 2 is what got Mike Wilson to do the Wilson flip. In my opinion, realistic games are far more fun cause you can compare your skills to that you see in the game. That's why each Tony Hawk game is getting worse and worse-because they're getting more and more abnormally unrealistic.

^No, it would be good becuase whenever you're grounded or something, you can just play the game. Besides, absolutley nothing skiing-related is as good as skiing itself.

on the ninthward site it saya that ninthward is working with EA on a sking game and a test will be released in ssx 4 which means they will be making a just sking game eventually too

compare Amped 2 sales to Tony Hawk Sales. Tony hawk blows amped out of the water. despite what we want the "core" skiers. they need to appeal to the entire country of gamers. dont expect a major release from a major company for skiing anytime soon. it just doesnt make dollars and cents.(no pun intended)

I know that preview showed skiing in a bad light. But, have faith and wait until a new preview comes out. I contacted the production manager after I saw that and had a great discussion with him.

Mike Douglas is going to assist them and they are also in the process of viewing current movies to help them visualize the styles better. Don't give up on them yet. This could be sick.

all you know that, we - freeskiers, have very little influence on making new games. every thing depends on "non hardcor" skiing palyers that will buy game. it is all about marketing. i think that is good that someone started doing smtng around freeskiing in video gmng.
