Stratton Just Went to Shit

As of today, Stratton fired their entire park staff and disbanded the use of TerrainPark specialized Pisten Bully park groomer. The park will now be setup by snowboard school and will be groomed by regular trail groomers and the budget for improvements has been completely cut and all funds remain in the ski school department. Just emphasizing once more that Stratton is good for nothing money guzzling assbags who don't care about you.

well this sucks seeing as i ski at stratton. i doubt that they wont hire new park people anyway, with the way its been growing at stratton. For vt open and us open they hire speical guys from the west who know what they are doing.

Yeah what your saying doesnt make sense because ceaseing the use to the newer groomer would be taking a huge hit financialy as compared to paying a bunch of guys minimum wage.

yea my mountain has the shitties park ever, we finally got 2 rails this year and it took till febuary to set them up

No I don't think thats true- just this past year they got a new head of parks guy. I go to stratton and they just got new park bullies and they're not going to just stop using them. In the past two years they have been increasing their park budget.

Pisten Bully's are just like any other sort of groomer.

Park Bully's (made by pisten bully) have a more articulate tiller and front plow. It also has a different design that makes it easier to see out of the cabin etc

dont have an "amazing park" the rest of the year anyways, they just set up a special one for the US open and the VT open, plus they can still hold the events and hire someone specificly to do the park for those events. so it really isnt hard to believe, but i guess we are stupid

fuck that. I was talking to some guy pretty high on the ladder. and he was telling me they are going to expand next year. More and bigger jumps a superpipe and a regular halfpipe and mostly new rails. so unless that plan turned to shit within the last month that guy is lying.
