is anyone else just insanely ADDICTED to sunflower seeds? ...still in the shell? I have a huge bag of spitz here.......seasoned flavor.......and it is so calming or relaxing or something to have them. is anyone else on ns addicted to sunflower seeds? what's YOUR favorite flavor?

hahahaha capurnicus eats copius amounts of them...and duumped all the shells behind our couch in the condo in whistler...after two weeks there was like a row 8 inches high of seeds...we had to borrow a shop vac

yea, theyre nice, but you kinda have to build up to eating a lot of them. the way i eat them is stick a ton in my left cheek. move the seed to the teeth, crack, seperate, eat, and then either spit, or put all the shells in the right side and spit um alll out at once. good stuff. i like BBQ, the cheese kind, and jalepeno picante

i like davids, them be good. and frito-lay! damn! theyre in a little green tube thing, 50 cents!maybe they suck, but i grew up on em, so im a fan.and pumpkin seeds are awesome. but if you eat them too much, they start to taste like cardboard, as someone above said.
