I love how in the Live at Pompeii video they went to Pompeii and just set up, there wasn't even a crowd or anything. Major Kudos for that one.

Grateful Dead....The Grateful Dead Movie is cool...lots of bonus features and footage. Closing of the Winterland is a good show, not so much a movie though.
Zeppelin...Song Remains the Same is interesting.. How the West was Won is cool also. These are definitely real band specific picks, but all of those mentioned already are cool too.
