your bindings will be mounted where the ski is designed to have them mounted, depending on the ski that may be centered and it may not.

i got the bindings on my concepts mounted 5cm forward

Center mounting is for skibladers.Moving your bindings more towards the center is fine.

Mounting bindings in the center is not for skibladers! If you mount them in the center it mkaes skiing and landing switch way easier. This is the main reason why people do it. I would reccommend, depending on the ski to get them mounted forward.

If you guys need to center mount your bindings to pull off anything, you need more practice. The binding is not meant to be drilled there because of the thinner ski and the curve of the edge. You are going to have a harder time setting your edge to turn, the longer tail is harder on your knees in a fall, and you are probably going to have a hard time getting the ski warrantied if something happens.

1 cm forward is one thing, but most twin tips already have a progressive stance. Don't do it.
