Yes i am with you there - i was thinking the same thing when i first saw that game!! Couldn't microsoft just use all the same graphics, codes etc.... as amped but instead have a skier instead of a boarder??

yea but it would cost them money to market, distribute, sell... and they really woudnt make that much money off of it... atleast yet... just wait a couple more years.

yeah, too bad MICROSOFT isnt the developer... Why do people always confuse the PUBLISHER with the DEVELOPER... and they'd have to recode all the physics and shit. Trust me, they cant jujst insert images of skiers and have it work perfect.

ya so maybe hucking off 200+ feet and landing aint that realistic, but fuck it, it's a harsh nice game. I just love the big ass powder run level, soooo nice. i doubt they'd make a skiers game. It wouldn't take as much effort as making a new game, but you'd have to remodel almost everything and change physics. And it's probably too hard to convince sponsors to put their stuff on the game if it's not going to sell lots.

Amped and Halo were the reasons for me buying an Xbox. it's one of the nastiest snowboarding games ever created, graphically, physics, real levels... it is just nasty.
