Washington in Powder

Because I know there are quite a few Washingtonians here, I thought I'd mention that the new issues of Powder (the one with Jaime Pierre jumping off a cliff at Alta on the cover) has a feature on ski areas in Washington. I haven't read it yet, but it has a cool picture of some guy jumping off a big cliff at Steven's Pass.

that is a sweet section, it's huge,. and they do represent nicely for stevens pass and alpental.
Any one know where that drop at stevens is, i ahve no idea where it could be, also landing looked really sketchy

(i've never skied at white pass, and i ski at snoqualmie normally, so I have no real back up for saying it sucks. but i do it just the same. probably gets less rain than snoqualmie!)

nah you don't really have to worry about that, there are no ski areas here with night life and driving all the way from seattle would be an enormous pain in the ass. besides all the old shits go to colorado cause they get 300 days of sunshine a year....AND NO FUCKING SNOW!
