I want to get the new pocket but i don no how it will handle on a groomed park day and if its harder to spin?

i spun a 1260 on 185 pocket rockets...so it's possible.

And i rode them all over the mountain last year and my only complaint is they are too soft for heavy wet snow.

Yeah, Pocket Rockets are too soft. This years are a tiny bit stiffer, but pretty much the same. Thats why I went for the Atomic Stomps, problem is, the stomps are pretty heavy
