Contest will run from August 8^th until September 15^th.

- In order to qualify your film must be at least 10 minutes in length.

- Film must be ready to present on the date of the Festival October 10^th 2009.

- Your film must have Midwest Roots, meaning that it was filmed in the Midwest, or a majority of the skiers in your movie must have grown up in the Midwest.

- Winner will receive a $100 gift certificate to the Jiberish Gallery in Downtown Denver, 4 VIP passes to the Festival, and their movie presented during the film festival.

- Entries may be snipets from the movie, a trailer, or a quick montage.

- Voting is open to all members of Newschoolers.com, please do not create aliases to boost your score, we can tell if you are, and it will result in uncertain doom.
