The movie isn't scary at all.
alright movie, i wouldnt say it was scary at all in the theatres but i was a tad spooked walking around my house when it was pitch black. not nearrrr as bad as the hype, didnt live up at all.
shits nuts though and its all plausible, like they have documented evidence of the whole movie (they kept a diary in real life) and video accounts of most of that stuff happening to others

its an 11 thousand dollar movie/ its not that scary/ you dont see the ghost, most you get are prints around the house/ everything "scary" happens at night when they are sleeping/ its all sounds, doors slamming and lights turning on/ anyone who is honestly that scared of it is a wuss/ if anything its more funny because of all the stuff the guy says

me and my buddy went to watch a movie a few nights ago we were gona see law abiding citizen but it wasnt playing so we bought a random ticket and were decideing between wild things or whatever its called and paranormal activity we get to the lobby where they sell popcorn and ask the kids working there who are both like 15 which is better.. the kids tell us paranormal activity was scary as fuck... and we're like ye watever lets see it.. the one kids like no guys i could only watch half of it and another kid that works here almost pissed himself.. the other kids (goth as fuck) starts telling us he hasn't slept the last 2 nights after watching it were just like wow you guys are both pussys and we start walking in the direction of the paranormal activity theater... and the kids working the lobby are like wait wait wait i turn around and the kid looks me in the eyes and says, I wish... I never watched it.... in the most sirious voice i have ever herd and I was stoned as fuck and for some reason didn't go see it and went and saw wild things which was gay as fuck and now I have to go back to the movies sometime soon to see paranormal activity cause i wana see it so bad.
my bros sister slept in her parents room the next 2 nights after seeing it and shes 14... as far as im concerned it fucks with people, I wana see it pretty bad

I just watched it and its not that scary. Its a decent movie for their small budget but i dont think ill watch it again. plus i was very disappointed in the ending.

Ok so I am not one who likes scary movies so i was scared to go see this. I went with my girlfriend and she was scared shitless to the point we stayed up all night cuz she was scared (and for other reasonss xD) but I actually laughed at most parts. It might be because i was "taking care' of my girlfriend but i wasnt scared, the other guy I was with said it was kinda scary for him as well.

it depends on whether you choose to get in to it or not. my roommate and i watched it high last night and i thought it was a damn good horror movie. Just like any horror movie, however, if you spend the entire time refusing to dive in you'll walk away nonplussed.

I wasn't high but I got pretty into it. Spooky, but not terrifying. I definitely started thinking about it a little when I turned off my light to go to bed though. Pretty good horror movie for sure, I like that you never see the demon.

My opinion is that it was really well done, I havent had the ebst slepts the past two nights and i saw the theater verison on tuesday. Plus it doesnt help that i have the attic door thing in my room right next to my bed too.
