I agree and know first hand about what eastAR5$ is takling about.  more then 70% of return employees and long term staff left this year on their own doing or the owners firing spree. Its all about the $$... he's a business man and its about the bottom line in his eyes. he doesnt care that ALL his main staff and emloyees of 5-9yrs left if he can find someone to do the job cheaper reguardless of peoduct he will. HE IS TRYING TO SELL THE CAMP>>> ITS ON THE MARKET! so he's tryin to pad his pockets as much as possible this summer.  Not only did he lose his video staff, but lost his head ski coach of 10yrs, head snowboard coach of 8yrs, Park manager of 9yrs ( He built the best park windells has seen in more then 6 years last summer), his Adult program manager ( the guy thats runs all the 18+ stuff) also his camp director and interns.... so its not do to the jobs they were doing cause he had a record season profit last year and a record snow year this year!!  It comes down to $$ and the bottom line... thats it!  I know because alot of the ppl i know work there still or did work there and I did (was going to be my 1st year) but Tim did the same to my boss... agrees on a price with him on his wages and ours then flaked out because he wanted to save $$ and my boss said no deal and stuck to his guns! ( good work!!)  now we all had to try to get our houses back and jobs back for the summer... some of us werent and are living on friends couches do to his penny pinching and greed, not our boss's fault. He actually did his best to take good care of us and make sure Tim wasnt screwing us over like he has to ppl in the past.  The result of his penny pinching just with my boss and our crew... Session 1 = NO PARK!!!  all the campers that paid 1800$ to be coached in a sick PRIVATE park got to ride the public park with everyone else...  how would YOU feel if it was ur 1800$  So my advice is... well i would say the same thing as eastAR5$
Support the camps that care about their staff... because the staff is what makes CAMP!!

Otherwise, as session filmers, we are not going to be compensated for the hours of filming, editing, and general hard work we poured into this video to get it out.

       In point, this situation is just really sketchy right now. Tim had absolutely no reason to fire us and still has not given us a legitimate reason (other than that he thought we were stealing from camp, which is complete bullshit either way). As it stands, we're stuck in Oregon in a house whose rent expires in 2 weeks and not even a concrete way of getting home before that point. This really is like the worst possible situation that could have gone down.

We work out what type of music , style , etc the kid wants. A couple months later they get a dvd in the mail
