After a whirlwind tour through the quagmires of event organization, Newschoolers is proud to announce the the West Coast Session will return to Mt. Hood, Oregon for its second year. And oh Henry, you can bet your heelpieces that the official Newschoolers West Coast member gathering will go down even bigger and better than before!
The public session takes place on Saturday, April 26 at Mt. Hood Ski Bowl (right next to Government Camp). Ski Bowl is making the most of their huge base—currently a whopping 17 feet of snow—to build an amazing spring terrain park, just for you and all your buddies to come and shred!
The West Coast Session public event will feature a DJ on-hill and free lunch for Newschoolers members courtesy of our main event sponsor Amplid Skis, as well as the presence of the Amplid team and 15 or so of the best young skiers in North America, who will be in town for our private West Coast Session park shoot!
Say again Pedro? Yup, the West Coast Session shoot will once again bring the best young park riders straight into your living room, or wherever else your computer is, with three days of shoots with a full media crew at Mt. Hood Ski Bowl and Mt. Hood Meadows. The invite list is stacked already and if you're on it, you know... the rest of yas will just have to wait and see who all's coming!
A link for pre-registration will be online shortly so you can buy your lift ticket in advance, score a limited-edition West Coast Session t-shirt, and be automatically entered to win a pair of Amplids!
