Yes, I'm just now getting to this update but hey, it's still here in plenty of time for the weekend! We hand the 2nd half of our park completely revamped for a sick rail jam last Sunday, where it snowed like crazy for the 2nd Annual Ryan Lichtenberg Memorial Rail Jam. (We have Ryan to thank for the snow during the event I'm sure!) And we have our awesome park grooming staff to thank for the new setup, check it out.

Nothing special went on this weekend, except a lot of people enjoying the fresh snow and our three parks, plus newly cut Halfpipe - some people made it a point to let us know it was the best cutting job we've ever had here. Hope you were heret his weekend enjoying the sun & snow, but if not, check out what you were missing...

Who would have thought a month ago that we'd be doing Big Air at Liberty this season? Well, miracles happen, and so did the event!
The set up was great, thanks to our never-a-dull-night park groomers, with not one but two huge features for the event, plus a more mellow table for the groms.

With the Arctic finally getting on board with East Coast Winter 07, we have all kinds of snow in the park now, and bigger and better features.
Coming off last weekend's best-ever BoarderCross course, we're looking forward to this Sunday's BIG AIR competition...you heard right...
Big Air Sunday 02/11 at 11am, register from 8:30-10am in the Ski School Lobby for 10 bucks. It should be a good one!!

Got a few new goodies out there, with all the snowmaking that has taken place over the past week and a half! Temporarily closing Vertigo & Adventure Alley for intense snowmaking Wednesday, to get the area primed for the BoarderX course for this Sunday's comp. Not to fear though, plenty of stuff to hit in West Side Park, check it out:

After a week of solid snowmaking, we got back in the saddle here at Liberty. Our park groomers and staff worked for 2 solid nights to get a sweet set up for our rail jam on Sunday. So, thanks are def in order to them for their hard work and to Ski Shoppe LTD for throwing down huge w/ prizes for the competitors! Operating under limited staff and last minute bc of the winter that was hating on us for the past month, but it was so great to see everyone pitch in and make it happen.
