Routine

It's still fall in Tahoe. We've had a bit of snow, but for the most part it's been amazing weather. I'm itching to get out on my bike. I just passed the four month mark since surgery on my knee. Things are starting to feel good. I've got a routine now with school and physical therapy. Morning cardio, school work, afternoon weights, lot's of stretching and eating in between.

Life is good.



Jamie Anderson has been on the routine as well. Seems like this time of the year, ski and snowboarders are getting ready for the season ahead. My new favorite addition to my morning smoothies is bee pollen. I was just researching it for it's nutritional benefits...apparently it's a miracle worker and aids with physical performance, helps fight cancer, and many other things!
