The whole east coast has been waiting, and while we were tortured with images of people in Utah, Wyoming and other western states hiking for turns, and A-Basin opening shortly after that, little did we know that our turn would be right after. Sunday River, ME opened mid last week and even offered free skiing on their opening day, becoming once again the first in the east to open for the season. Unfortunately Sugarloaf doesn't plan to open until November 20th, but hey its still really early to be skiing! Mt. Snow and Killington (both in Vermont) are now open too! East Coast represent!!!!!!!!
