I bought a Strafe Nomad Jacket on the recommendation of a few guys and the fact they are located in town. I really like this jacket. Granted this jacket is my first Shell jacket I've ever owned.
As a person how spend all his skiing in Colorado I don't think you could of made a better jacket. 20k water proof/30k breathe ability is a perfect combo for dry Colorado weather. This allows no sweat build up while keeping me warm on the coldest days of Colorado.
Also keep in mind my skiing style is very active.
