Fit
In terms of fit we have three sizes. 83, 63, and 43. These correspond to inches. And easy way is to measure from the top of your pants to the top of your shoulder and double it. They adjust down, so if in doubt order up. Bigger straps allow for more sag!
Durability
Time will tell but we design them to withstand the abuse skiing has.
