VASHON ISLAND, Wash. (November 8, 2004) – K2 went live with their reworked and updated 2004/05 www.k2factoryteam.com web site on November 8, at high noon. The new site is devoted to promoting K2’s Factory Team athletes and Factory Series products the ride. The site has been entirely redesigned with the help of K2’s award winning internet design group in collaboration with in-house artist Ryan Schmies.

The new Factory Team web site consists of the original 4 categories; Team, Product, Hype and Interactive but they have been entirely redesigned. The new Team section includes bios, Quicktime clips, photos and a “Where in the Hell section that chronicles where each athlete is during the year and what they are up to. The Product section includes the entire 04/05 line of Factory Series skis in addition to poles and other products. There are new sections that explain what went into the design of each ski and quotes from each athlete on the skis the ride. The Hype section is totally reworked as well allowing athletes and online members to post there own happenings to the site. The message boards remain unchanged and roll over with the same topics from the previous site.

Check back in with the www.factoryteam.com site every week for updated happenings and new sections that will be added to the site. Look for the all new www.sethpistol.com site to go live on the 19th of November. Both sites plan to introduce new sections and contests on a regular basis, so stay tuned for what K2 has planned for the future.
