Headbud Productions and The Picking Fam, the two formerly seperated crews from Austria have produced a number of ski movies in the past. Headbud was originally co-founder of the Aestivation Project, while The Pickings Fam is not only very popular for making cool ski movies, but also for hosting the wildest parties out there! Two years ago, Headbud and The Pickings Fam joined forces and are proud to present their second collaborative film...Whatever!?

Last winter there was hardly any snow here in Central Europe, which made it really hard to get shots. Even though we managed to get some cool urban shots pretty early in the season in Kranjska Gora, Slovenia, the wait for a big snowfall seemed endless.

After two long months with hardly any snow, Austria was pretty much dryed out and we decided to fly to Helsinki to shred and film some more urban. This was the best decision we could have made. Finland had tons of snow, and everyone knows what Helsinki has to offer when it comes to urban features. Our 10-day mission up in Helsinki was pretty productive, and we were out in the streets every single day and gathered lots of shots. Okay, maybe not every day, as one day we took a break from shooting gnarly urban because everyone had a really bad hangover from the night before. But no one got hurt or went to jail by the end of the trip, so it was a success.

As we came back home, we were able to pull of some park shoots in Austria and Italy, and finally found a few snow fields with fresh snow so we could score some shots on backcountry booters.

To cap off the season we had a super funny intro shoot at a friends bar in Schladming, where everyone came out and it ended up being more of a big party than an intro shoot, but hey, Whatever!?
