KOS Video Qualifier - Voting Is Open!
The deadline for entries in the King of Style North American Video Qualifier has passed, so we wanted to take the time to remind you that voting is now open, and to head on over to the contest page right here on Newschoolers to have your say in which skier will get to go Stockholm, Sweden to compete in the 2011 King of Style!
Alex Beaulieu, Alex Bellemare, Joss Christensen, Simon D'Artois, Michael Briggs, Vincent Gagnier, Nick Goepper, Chris Laker, Dave Manno, Spencer Milbocker, Kieran Nikula, Aidan Sheahan and Kolby Ward have all put some killer entries in, so click here, kick back, relax, watch them all, and make your choice!

UA slopestyle video open qualifer videos are now live!
Mar 17th 2009The Under Armour Slopestyle Video Open qualifers is complete and being judged as we speak. To see all of the entries go to the Newschoolers entries list. If you haven’t heard about the UA Slopestyle video open, it is a slopestyle competition with a twist. All entrants had to film by follow cam their run through whatever park they wanted to and hit 6 features(minimum 2 jumps and 2 rails, with 2 options of choice). The 20 male Finalist and 10 Female Finalist will be announced later this week. The finalist will then have until April 5th to submit a new video for their chance to win a piece of the $5000 prize purse. The closing of finals has been pushed back from April 1st because Qualifiers were extended a week.
