UK Freeski Film Festival

It’s that time of year again and with the downpours of rain in the UK making us feel autumnal and people reminding us it’s only three months until Christmas we can feel the snow getting closer and closer. So following last year's success we are once again hosting the UK Freeski Film Festival, but this year we’ve changes locations!

Where? The Walkabout, Shepherds Bush, London, England
When? October 27th, 2011 (The night before the Freeze Festival)
What time? 6pm – 1am

We had some questions and queries last year: Can the pints be cheaper? Can you have more seats? Can under 18’s attend? Will there be riders? So this year we’re pleased to announce...YES!

The Walkabout are offering all tickets purchased in advance a 20% off discount card for use on the night and in the future.

Seating wise we have sofa’s, tall seats and bar stools to sit on and we're working on alternative seating too!

This year under 18’s are allowed to attend as long as they’re accompanied by a guardian.

We have invited all of the riders from the films and have reserved them tickets, and while many do attend there will be no sit down signings this year. This isn't football, so get your face recognition up to scratch!

This year's event kicks off at 6pm and we’re showing films on the huge HD cinema screen right up until Midnight! So you've got six hours of freestyle, backcountry, park and heli-skiing from the most creative and progressive riders and producers on the planet.

And once again we will have more swag, hard and softgoods for giveaways, along with a raffle and free product tosses courtesy of our fantastic sponsors!

That should be enough on-screen action to keep you stoked for a while. This year we will also have an exhibition space upstairs which is properly lit and we've set up a separate projector and screen so you won't miss a minute of the action! And on top of the free swag, the awesome films and an insanely good night out, the first 100 people to get there will get a free drink upon entry.
