For those of you that keep up with Tim Pierce (Zeros & Ones) then you’ll be up to date with his series of Revealing Wanaka. It’s a series that shows you the people within Wanaka and how good of a place it is. So who better to tell you about it than local boy Jossi Wells. He gives it a glowing review and makes me want to go back there.A globally recognised sportsman, at just 9 years old Jossi was flown by helicopter to the mountains behind Wanaka to compete with the best freeskiiers in the world. 2007 saw Jossi at the Winter X Games – the youngest ever skier and in 2010 he was crowned the AFP Overall World Champion giving him the status of ?Best Freeskier in the World?. Not bad for a boy from Wanaka. Jossi and his brothers Byron, Beau ? James and Jackson still call Wanaka home. Jossi credits the place and people for keeping him grounded and helping to make him what he is today.Filmed, Edited & Directed by Tim Pierce Additional footage Theo Muse timpierceblog.com zerosandones.co.nz twitter.com/?tghpierceRevealing Lake Wanaka – Jossi Wells >>Related posts:Jossi Wells Interview Jossi has had one hell of a season.
