Whistler Blackcomb Local's Photo Contest
What is This Contest All About?
Every year Whistler Blackcomb creates a media kit that is given to over 1,500 A-list media contacts to get them excited about the upcoming season and remind them of how phenomenal this place is.
This year we want to focus on where Whistler Blackcomb gets its inspiration: the mountains and the people that call these mountains home.
With the community so integral to what makes this place such a magnificent place, we wanted to engage locals and find out what memories and moments in the mountains resonate with them.
Why Enter?
One name from all submissions will be drawn to win a 2007/08 winter season pass.
Photos that are selected to be a part of the 2007/08 Whistler Blackcomb Media Kit will receive a Whistler Blackcomb Summer Prize Pack including: tickets for the Peak Adventure and Mountain Top BBQ as well as swag including a Dakine hydration back pack. Photo credits will also be given in the media kit.
How Do I Enter?
Submit your winter themed photo with a caption that explains in a couple sentences what the photo means to you.
Photos should have 300dpi or high enough resolution to print a 5x7 sized photo. Submissions are to be e-mailed to publicrelations@intrawest.com, with the subject line Mountains of Inspiration. Contest deadline is July 13, 2007 at 11:59pm P.S.T.
