The season is coming drawing to a close, but don't put on your emo pants just yet. This Saturday, April 28th, Echo Mountain Park is celebrating making it through their first full season in operation, with one final jibfest: Last Park Standing.
Last year was the most fun end-of-season jam in the area, and checking out the course designs, it looks like the second edition will take it to the next level.
There are two elements to the competition: an Am Rail Jam and a Pro Slopestyle comp.
The Amateur Rail Jam goes off at noon, practice starts at 10am, and is open to skiers and snowboarders of any level.
The Pro Slopestyle is happening at 4pm, and practice starts at 2pm. Sponsored? You can enter to hit the big stuff. Just send an email to ride@echomtnpark.com, listing your sponsors.
Echo’s diggers and cats are working furiously right now to finish re-shaping the entire mountain for the event… and there might be a 55’ channel gap in there somewhere!
There's $2k on the line, and this is your last chance this season to hit up a real park.
Head to the website HERE to sign up and guarantee your spot for $10.
(Don't forget, Echo is going to stay open until May 13!)
Love,
Echo
