Just bought the 2012 K2 recoils with marker all-white squire shizo bindings all for 525 bucks.

Was wondering, where to mount the bindings as they are adjustable, according to marker. 6cm or mm in all.
should I set them true center, however 3cm to the tip would be dumb because who wants to ski closer to the tip. I just dont understand where to set these adjustable bindings on the ski

Also any input on the K2 recoils would be great!

Mount center. However if they are the schitzo's, mount them so that, when the toe and heel are as far forward as possible, they are at center

Was gunna make a thread, but might as well not make a pointless one......how stiff are the recoils? I'm looking for a softer ski.

Thank you, I was thinking of doing that but wasn't sure. Can't wait to ride them this coming winter.

I second the centre mount, I rode mine all season at centre and they felt fine, no noticeable loss of all-mountain use at centre, at least that I could notice anyway.

This. I made the mistake of not doing this and i now have the ability to slide my bindings +3 from center. There is no need for this.
