it is near impossible to spin fast enough to get a 4 before the second kink...and you need to land on the rail before the second kink for a 3 up...
I believe that you/others have done it, but I wanna see a video of it...

A rodeo has to be at least 450. Its the definition of the trick. 360 for the flip and then at least 90 of spin. And it cant be less than 360, because 360 is a full flip. Therefore making the lowest double flip possible a 720.
