by NA, i assume you mean North america, So....
there are 4 different types of camps available here
1. Mt Hood
the camps there consist of MHSSC and Windells
MHSSC: smaller, cheaper, more barebones- I went there this summer and had an amazing time, very chill environment, really cool people run it, you will learn SO much.
Windells: Bigger, more expensive, flashier- you will also have a great time if you go here, but from different ways. At windells, it is more about hanging out with the pros and getting free stuff and shredding, instead of actually learning stuff (also guard yourself well here, the kids here have a habit of grabbing anything that isnt tied down...

2. Whistler
the camps here consist of Camp of Champions and Momentum
Both are very large and flashy, like Windells, but perhaps even more...
Many pros also hang out here and coach, I Don't have personal expirience with either of them so i don't know how the coaching works and stuff

3. Woodward (Copper/Tahoe)
these are both fairly upscale and nice facilities. The main difference between these and the camps at hood or whistler is that the snow is not actually natural. If there was no snowmaking and grooming, it would not exist. because of this, the parks are smaller and do not stay open as long. Because of this, the focus a lot on their indoor facilities, so trampolines and skate parks and foam pits. I don't believe that there are pros that coach, but some visit.

4. snowless camps (Ohio dreams, whaleback, among others)
these camps can range from very fancy, to very basic and from quite pricey to affordable. remeber that you get what you pay for and do research on your own.

your welcome

camp of champions does not stay true to there word about what pros will be coaching you. i went to camp D and it was supposed to be monster energy week with pros like jossi, dorey, wallisch, and many other pros. but instead i got whistler native austin ross who was sick and taught me alot of new stuff.

Sums it up very well. there is still a lot of riding to be had at the Woodwards, I feel Woodward and MHSSC are often overlooked, they are cheaper than the glacier camps and just as fun.

Register & Get A Free RED Helmet

May 21st 2012

RED has come on board as the Official Helmet Sponsor of the Camp of Champions so to celebrate we're giving a free RED Helmet to everyone who signs up for Day Camp of Overnight Camp in the next two weeks. The Camp of Champions, is home to what is the largest and best Slopestyle Park in the world every summer, and is where you want to be this summer. Having the ability to ski a park double the size of any other camp's park in Whistler - a park that is so packed full of hits, features and rails that you can connect into so many different lines in a single run that Jeff Schmuck and Mr. Bishop say "there's 25,000 hits" (There isn't that many but it feels like it)This and our amazing coaches is what make The Camp of Champions so special.
