1 fake ID ticket, which will hopefully be dropped because of numerous broken laws on the officers side(including illegal search and seizure)

Not me personally but i was there. In June there was 40+ underage teens at a party and we got numerous noise complaints and when the cops came there was drugs and alcohol everywhere so we shut off everything and all hid downstairs. When the cops left we though we were clear, then like 15 or 20 people got 300$+ tickets for shit like being more than a foot from the curb and 5 feet from driveways. I walked so i didnt really care but they were definitely flexing their power loins.

At my old house the roommates and I, 6 in total, were drinkin beers and listening to music with 3 of the neighbor girls on a friday night. Got drunk yada yada, music got a little louder. 4 of us went to bed and 2 drunk guys came over to smoke. They puff yada yada.

At about 3 am, *knock* *knock* on the back door, and at this time there is no music because the speakers broke mid way through the night. Keep in mind one girl, the 2 guys that came over and 2 roommates are still puffin. So someone knocks on the back door my roommate opens the door and sees the cop.

Cop: "Do you live here?"
Roommate: "Uhhhhhh" and shuts the door on him. (he didnt want to let him in cause we were obviously drinking and there was a lot of herb in the house.)

During this time one of the drunk idiots that came over to smoke panic ed and ran out the goddamn front door. Cops catch him and asked him if he was drinking at our place, he said "yes" and they asked him a few more questions and let him go with an underage consumption.

Cops leave 20 mins later after not getting in the house.

Following evening at 8pm: *knock* knock* on the front door. We answer. Its a fucking detective coming in to hand out social host tickets like parade candy. This guy wasnt even at our house the night before! We all get one, and talk to him a bit about the situation and turns out they got all of our names off the mail box the night before. Luckily we werent tokin at the time haha

Court dates come around we all plead not guilty at the first hearing. Prosecutor then decided to drop them all to noise complaints if we plead guilty which we all did. So each of us paid about 200 bucks.

but i got a 60$ parking ticket in a 2 hour parking area and i was literally 2 minutes over the time limit i tried to argue it but on the back of the ticket it says there is no grace time.

I got 2 seatbelt tickets and my license is suspended for 6 months. One of which I was a passenger, but since I am 17 and have an "intermediate license " my license gets suspended for 2 traffic violations.

I was the absolute middle of nowhere on my bike going to school.

I drove up to a junction, I could see for miles in any direction and apart from some cows chewing on some grass and a big bush there was nothing there. But because my country is obsessed with making things complicated there are traffic lights.

My light was red, I stop and wait patiently.

One minute passed, I moved my bike around and just thought that the sensor was not picking me up.

Another minute passed, I've not seen any other traffic yet.

When the third minute passed I got angry and my mind went in rebel mode.

After careful consideration I jumped the lights, and cleared them in a very undramatic way that was completely awesome in my head.

I was happy I was on my way again.

Then out of nowhere, well not really they jumped from behind the bush two police man order me to stop, and I got fined.

To this day i think they just controlled the lights.

But i thought if you stop at a light and on a motorcycle while no one is around you can run the red after safely checking the intersection. Maybe that is only MN or im just wrong.

Driving on a highway in Colorado, see "SPEED CHECKED BY AIRCRAFT". Think nothing of it, come around a corner and there are 5 hi-pos on the side of the road. They pull me and several other cars around me over. I get a ticket for 10 over and the officer said it was "on behalf of the aircraft and pilot".

I was pretty sure I was only going a few mph over and hassled the cop about the accuracy of the "speed checked by aircraft". Got a $185 ticket anyhow. I have also been pulled over and ticketed for 3 mph over the speed limit in a small town in Wyoming. Needless to say, I never speed anymore.

Doin 85 in a 80 on the freeway, right when the 75mph sign comes up the cop flicks his lights on before i even had time to slow down to 75. Complete asshole cop didn't have any sympathy.

$100 ticket last week for parking in front of a hydrant. But it was bullshit because there was a spot there. On Spadina just north of Queen where the road dips in for Parkin spots. Fucking pissed me off

Cops do this. I was driving around my college campus as a freshmen taking some people home who had been drinking, me and my roomate were following each other so we could leave the girls with their car and I ride back with him.

Came up to a stop light at a parking garage, and in the middle of the lights is a sign that either lights up green and says "Open" or lights up red and says "Closed. Well as I drove by I looked up, saw green, and rolled on through. Cop zips out pulls us both over and asks why we ran the light.. I have no fucking idea which light hes talking about.. He said we were supposed to stop and treat it like a stop sign. I know that law. In the end we got off with nothing because we were taking our drunk friends home. Cop end up being cool. But they still turn off the lights so that you will run them and fuck you over.

I was going about 10 under the limit cause it was snowy, and my friend says i was too, and we slid and the car went off a hill and flipped, but we weren't even going fast enough for the air bags to deploy. The cop shows up and asks how fast we were going, we told him 10 under, and he says if you were going 10 under it wouldn't have flipped and hands me a speeding ticket.

I had just switched states and still had both licenses in my wallet, because when I was at the DMV I asked if I had to throw it away and they said no. Got pulled over and cop gave me a ticket for having 2 I.D.'s.

its funny people always say the majority of cops are good but the bad ones give them bad name, in my 23 years of living i havent had one good experiance with a good cop...not sure what that says about the theory

Back in 04, I purchased a used car, so the plates were expired. I had the temporary registration in the window and it still had 2 weeks on it. There had been an error sending me the tabs, so I was still waiting.

Anyway, cop wrote me a ticket saying it was too close but there was no fine on the ticket, I just needed to take it to the DMV.

This was right when CA was switching over to a new ticket system. So I was given an old ticket and on it it just said it needed to be brought to the DMV, nothing about mailing it in and I was never instructed to do so. I did what the ticket said to do.

Anyway, a year later I get a notice that I've been driving with a suspended license and that I owe $600 in fees and have a misdemeanor on my record for missing my court date. So I schedule a new one, show the judge that I didn't do anything wrong and he just said he's amazed I got a ticket when my registration was still good. He removes all fines and reinstates my license without me having to pay any fines.

BUT in CA it's impossible to have a licenses suspension removed from your record. My insurance went from $150 a month to $318 a month for 2 years. All in All, that fake ticket cost me over $2000.

The dassel mn cops used to be infamous, pulled everyone over for the smallest things, like blinkers, one dim headlight, cracked windshields, etc. Then one day the mayor got ticketed for having a ball hitch on his truck, supposedly he had to take it off or put a red flag on it. That week the dassel police force was disbanded. /awesome small town story

I do that too. Must be why girls chase me with flavored condoms, sandwiches, and lube daily. -papa_lanks

A couple weeks ago I was just too horny driving home from work so I pulled over to the side for a quick turk. As I'm pullin my pud, an officer rolls by see's whats goin on, and taps on my window. Guy gives me a fucking ticket for indecent exposure or whatever the hell they call it. Absolute bullshit. Goin to court next week to fight this thing.
